    • For those planning to drive overseas:
      1. If you travel to any country for longer than three months, to take up residence or employment, or for any reason other than tourism, you should make inquiries about your personal position before relying on your local permit.
      2. You may still be required to produce your local license for inspection when hiring a car overseas. It is recommended that you always carry your local license, even when you hold an international permit.
      3. International Driving Permits cannot be issued to holders of provisional drivers licenses.
      4. It is important to check the accuracy of the personal information printed on your driving license. If there are any errors or you have a change of name or address, you should immediately notify the authority that issued your license.
  • For those requiring to be professional drivers internally:
    1. If you require becoming a professional driver, no matter the years of experience you’re driving permit shows, seek professional driver training/ guidance from the AAU.
    2. Keep in mind that experience alone is not enough, unless the right techniques and attitude is learned.
    3. You can get somewhat similar training from many different driver training schools, but always remember, there’s a difference between a personally owned driving school and an internationally recognized Automobile Institution governed by the Federation International of the Automobiles’ (FIA).
    4. Give us a try and test the difference.
